rtcpeerconnection.js doesn't play nicely with legacy callbacks, i.e. it won't call them.

also rtcpeerconnection.js does not integrate nicely with rtcstats. I've removed it from talky/simplewebrtc, using the same code to do the transforms directly. This went a bit too far :-)
