Descriptive summary

Requested by fac/staff who need to monitor deposits per graduation requirements (ex: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) -- it would be helpful if the associated collection could be marked as a favorite on the user's SA Dashboard, even if they have not created it or contributed to it.

I think the dashboard needs an overhaul regardless but this would be helpful to a number of people.
