- Wiki：固定知识点，主要是使用，一部分是重点知识。
- Issue：功能和Bug的过程，沉淀的是知识。
- 微信群：实时沟通和通知，重点是交流。
- 论坛（公开邮件组）：半实时，有沉淀，不固定的知识，也有沟通，有点像中间状态的一个集中点。
