Query Multiple Repo

When I use --repolist ,it usually takes a long time to get results,sometimes it happens "HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.github.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=15)" error,I wonder if there is something wrong with the way I use it or the Github API is slow to access?
