Is your advisory board meeting monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly? This is up to the advisory board to decide but we do ask that all project advisory boards are meeting on a regular basis and let us know your plan.

Feel free to use our Steering Committee Guidelines as a reference. (Note: we do use the terms ‘Steering Committee’ and ‘Advisory Board’ interchangeably at OpenStreetMap US, depending on the preference or precedent of the group.)
