Beschrijving bord A25 onvolledig

De beschrijving van het bord A25 "bicycle crossing" is onvolledig. Dit bord moet ook gebruikt worden daar waar fietsers en bromfietsers het fietspad moeten verlaten en op de rijbaan komen.

I used this link to collect traffic sign descriptions: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Road_signs_in_Belgium/Road_signs_plugin
Apparently, that is outdated, and I should use https://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/osm/applications/editors/josm/plugins/roadsigns/data/roadsignpresetBE.xml
So check at the last link if descriptions are correct there. Later, I will try to automate using the info from there, see #1
