Cant get cpu temp on Apple M4

I tried get cpu temperature on Apple M4 , always got a 0°C. Then find that there is no 'M4_CPUFAMILY' things in MacCentralProcessor , is this means M4 is not suport yet 🤔?🙏 🙏Please let me know if theres any plan of m4 supporting thanks.

Hey @xuechong87 there are actually two separate questions here. Let me try to address them both.

1. I'd love to add M4_CPUFAMILY but need to know the specific CPU details for that. If you actually have one you may be in a position to help and submit a PR to update OSHI. I regularly search various other repos for any updates to the SoC values, and as yet I don't see any identifying any past Everest/Sawtooth. See https://github.com/search?q=0x8765edea&type=code and let me know if you have the correct value for M4 (or better yet, submit a PR)
2. The temperature sensor code has never really worked on Apple Silicon at all. Given how unreliable it is across multiple operating systems, I somewhat regret even adding the feature to OSHI. :) If you know native code to fetch temperature I'd welcome an update to the existing sysctl calls that worked on the old x86 hardware but don't work any more.
