非常荣幸能为这场比赛出题，请问已添加的本 github 组织的题目可以再进行修改吗？

例如 https://github.com/oscomp/proj225-document-question-answering-bot，由于在添加本 github 组织之前，题目的序号是待定的，README 标题用的是 projX- ，如果想修改成正确的题目序号 proj225- ，我应该怎么做？是否可以通过提交 pr 修改？
