Enable users to optionally specify an email address & human-friendly name of the secret to receive read receipt notifications to in the create form.

Consider transactional outbox pattern to ensure at least once delivery guarantees. Maybe use https://docs.bullmq.io/
taskforcesh/bullmq#2980
