advanced configuration for local storage config saving, retrieval, and management

Allow users to store, retrieve, and update configuration (minus password) for quick retrieval - all in local storage in an un-authed manner

• create & name
• delete
• mark as default
• select from searchable dropdown
  • dropdown displays name w/ ip/range definition in subtext

Desired UX pattern is unknown but likely leveraging the combobox or command components to have a streamlined interaction.
