we could put in some instructions to the ticket reporter, e.g.

<SUMMARIZE THE ISSUE HERE IN TWO SENTENCES, WHAT IS IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS ISSUE - REMOVE THIS LINE>

2. Include links to the "#investigation" tab as well as the "openQA investigate job results"
3. Of course better than 2 would be to if we can include the results from investigation job results in the "investigation" tab and reference that in bug reports
4. Include a link to the actual test code (at best from a public git repo; needs the version control saga)
