Identities cannot be search by domain

Describe the bug

When searching an identity in Users Management > Users & Identities, it is not possible to search identities by domain even when fuzzy search is enabled.

When using SSO, it makes it much harder to find users coming from an organization as I need to search them one by one and I have no way to find all identities of a domain (ex: company.com).

I would expect the fuzzy search from matching identities no matter where the string I search is in the identity name.

Reproducing the bug

1. Go in Users & Identities
2. Select Fuzzy as search method
3. Enter a domain (ex: gmail.com)
4. Press enter
