Describe the bug

Using a custom UI, the post-registration verification flow doesn't return a Forgot Code node for email confirmation, as it does for recovery.

Reproducing the bug

1. Create a custom UI flow for user registration, requiring email verification
2. Complete initial registration, see code verification screen
3. See that returned flow UI nodes does not include a node for resending the verification code.
