How to change owner of Ory Network project?

I setup an Ory Network project for a client and we'd like to go into production. However I'm not the one with the credit card and the client cannot see the billing page.

How can I change the owner of the Ory Network project I created to a collaborator so they can then pay for an Ory Network plan?
