Hey! I really like ory products, especially kratos and the worst thing would be to have yet another Auth-as-a-Service company which even has certain things only for paying customers. Ps: Keep the great work going! Maybe you could even get some funding from German state subside funds. |

Thank you for the question! There are no plans to "bastardize" the open source. We think it is a failed business model and do not want to replicate the errors made by e.g. Elastic! So the open source stays at is. In cloud, we have a lot of orchestration, automation, and global network (not region based). We're also working a lot with data and data infrastructure which is hard to open source anyways! Hope this helps :) |
