What is the problem you're trying to solve
uor-client-go releaser is not a friendly place to get started

Describe the solution you'd like
add message to the releaser template including where to find the latest docs, where to get started if you are new.

Optionally, add a one-liner to curl/install & verify the right binary for platform and architecture.
