How do I activate notifications? #795

A super tool. I was able to set up everything according to the manual. The monitoring has been running for just a week. Unfortunately I have a problem. The notifications do not work at the moment. I have created notifications as described in the manual. If I now have a problem with a page, the notifications are unfortunately not triggered. Here I have an excerpt from the action log:

Would you be able to share some more logs? For example the lines in Uptime CI where Upptime detects the site as down? |

Yep, I can see that we see an HTTP 403 Forbidden error when adding assignees to this issue, and since the notification logic follow this part, it throws & exits early and no notification is sent. Now the question is why is there an HTTP 403? It says "Resource not accessible by personal access token" when making this API request.
Could you please confirm that issue permissions are available in your personal access token? Could be related to #797.
