Production setup info?

Hi!
I was hoping to read about this in the docs.
I was able to find how to install and start with an in-memory DB instance in docs, but not on how to setup for production.

If I missed it, where is it?
Otherwise, I recommend mentioning this in a (maybe just more) visible way in the docs/readme.

Another questions I had and couldn't figure it out while reading where:

• How can I use surreal as a wrapper for an existing DB?
• How is the High Availability setup?
