Irrelevant options in RELATE statement

Options timeout and parallel don't make sense to me at https://docs.surrealdb.com/docs/1.0.x/surrealql/statements/relate#statement-syntax as this should be efficient enough. They make sense on a SELECT and that's how they're used in the following example

I see what you mean. It's efficient enough for the 95%+ of things you do, but we offer a lot of flexibility with the query language so you could write a relate statement that was complex enough to warrant that. That is why we also have it for create, update and delete.

I guess you could make the case that the query planner should be able to decide if a query should be parallel or not if that is something you are concerned about?

As an example using parameters as shown in the docs you could easily have a very compute heavy query that would be useful to have timeout on or benefit from parallel 🤔
