Let's tag nightly releases, so that it is possible to get the same unreleased binary and not only the latest. #3077

Official releases are not happening very often (which is fine), yet the alternative to bleeding edge is only nightly installation (https://docs.surrealdb.com/docs/installation/nightly).
The problem with nightly is that there is currently no way to get a consistent binary version later. On each nightly release the docker container on docker.com is replaced (https://hub.docker.com/r/surrealdb/surrealdb/tags) and the OS-specific URLs do not have any version identfiers:
https://download.surrealdb.com/nightly/surreal-nightly.darwin-arm64.tgz
.Would it be possible to tag those releases with the version, like:
1.0.0+20231205.8e401a9.dirty
?$ surreal version 1.0.0+20231205.8e401a9.dirty for macos on aarch64
That way I would be able to pin a particular nightly version and be sure, that it does not change "under my feet" on CI or my next installation. Also my team would be able to have a consistent nightly across our machines.
