Support for iroh (ipfs) as storage engine for surrealdb, and substrate blockchain (integritee-network) as host

A database is a much-needed feature for blockchain to enable the decentralization of the web, ensuring that no one controls the server.

It would be great to have support for Iroh as a storage engine for SurrealDB and the ability to install SurrealDB in the Integritee network, instead of relying on centralised servers.
