Sugestion SurrealDB SurrealQL Docs

• Create a sample SurrealDB database to be used in SurrealQL docs queries, this way we can have a database and launch same SDBSQL queries on it, and play with real data, currently we don't have any sample database to test the queries.

this database can be imported with

$ ./surreal import filename
$ ./surreal import url

• Show SDBSQL of CREATE records (inserts) in docs,
  in case user want to create on it's database and test the queries,
  if user does not import the sample database, or to use just as a reference, to compare the data with queries

• Show SDBSQL query results, consistent with sample database, maybe in a collapse section,
  we see some query results in SurrealQL operator and functions docs

this seems easy to implement, but it's a lot of work because all docs must be reviewed, refactored and tested against a new database

Hi @koakh , great idea. We'll definitely look to get an example database generated and available once we release the WASM library. I'll keep this discussion thread updated with our plans nearer that time!

Thanks @tobiemh I'm on top of it, I have already have some free sql sample database that I will think is a good candidate to convert to surrealdb,

for ex

But I have other ones in mind, I think a simple db with few tables is better for start the db migration, is just to be a companion for surrealDB docs
