Improve Code Documentation

Hi,

I just checked out the code for this project and was wondering where all the code documentation was? Is there any other resource I haven't see so far? If not, I would suggest to add a requirement to the contribution guide to document the code that is contributed. The Docs.rs site and its automatic generation of documentation is a very useful tool and resource for new contributors.
