I actually discovered we should be using the ENV var in the docs. It seems
it works both locally and deployed as long as you're trying to access the
same supabase project

Do you know if it's possible to fetch localhost from an edge function?
I'm trying to fetch an api (fastapi) that runs locally from a function.
Even if
supabase start
&supabase functions serve
run withcorsHeaders
