Skip key automatically got removed not i can't retrieve it

Skip was working fine but today the skipkey got removed automatically. and when i try to get it again it says

Skip never removes or modifies your ~/.skiptools/skipkey.env. If the file has disappeared for some other reason and the license is still valid, you should be able to retrieve it from your email, which contains the contents of the key.

If you cannot find the key, please contact [email protected] from the email address that you used to get the key in the first place, and we will re-send it to you.
