Drag and Drop Channels/Categories Outside of Category Editor

It would be great to have the option to enable or disable moving channels and categories without needing to open the category editor. I understand the purpose of the category editor—it helps prevent accidentally rearranging channels or categories, which I’ve definitely done a few times in other chat apps.

That said, it feels a bit inconsistent to be able to create channels and categories directly from the channel list via right-click, but not rearrange them in the same way.

Perhaps an "editor mode" could be introduced, allowing users to toggle the ability to create and rearrange channels/categories directly from the channel list without accessing the category editor? Alternatively, keeping everything within the category editor might simplify things overall.
