OS: Garuda Linux (Arch rolling release) | i7 7700 | GTX 3060 | 32GB RAM
WANT: The ability to increase independent users chat volume (gain) instead of balancing the client profile.
CURRENT: No ability to increase volume
REASON: Some peoples volumes are naturally low, so voice chats sound fantastic when someone has their mic properly set, but unfortunately a hell of a lot of people do not have the ability to increase it themselves. Varying reasons as to why
CONCLUSION: Being able to increase volume of users can help drastically when on comms of any kind. Being able to temporarily boost the gain of people you're talking to when doing other tasks, is fundamentally a useful option to have on any voice comm. Teamspeak had it back in the early 00s and it was just as useful then.
Also, perhaps KRISP.ai for people who cannot use noisetorch/easyeffects/etc for background noise reduction.
Thank you for your development, time, and everything you do with this. With all the discord breach stuff coming to light in the past few days, this app is poised to be the #1 replacement.
