Option to Disable Emojis

Apologies if this has already been suggested but I did not see it anywhere.

There should be an option to disable emojis, simple as that. Emojis are ugly to some and visually clutter up a text based chat, so reducing them to a textual representation like how Slack does it would be a useful "accessibility" feature. The option should also apply to reactions too (though ideally there should also be a way to totally hide reactions too like Discord does it).

For reference this is the "Display Emoji as Plain Text" option in Slack, and just will turn an emoji into something like :rocket: or whatever:

This may also work well with other emoji-related accessibility changes, such as those suggested in https://github.com/orgs/revoltchat/discussions/561 for reducing motion.
