We think transparency is important to build a trustful open-source community, so we regularly share our usage and sustainability statistics.
You can find some statistics that we have found interesting (in parenthesis, you see the same figs for the previous months). If you are interested in any other figures, please let us know.
Statistics for December 2024
Featured:
I think many of us expected the December to be calm for Reqnroll. But on the 17th December the SpecFlow open-source project suddenly disappeared from GitHub so it became clear for many that Tricentis is not interested to continue this. It is still unknown why they have removed the GitHub project without any upfront notice (you can also mark a project "archived"), but after a few days the project re-appeared (without issues) with an end-of-life announcement by the end of the year. And indeed the project finally disappeared from GitHub on 1st of January.
Not a surprise, that the interest in the migration guide increased and in December it was the most visited documentation page with its record peeks between 18-20 December.
