can pydicom realize dicom image registration

Hello, can pydicom realize dicom image registration? I have two images, but one of them is a little crooked, can I do a simple rigid registration? Or the two images can be registered to standard space

pydicom is about reading, manipulating and writing DICOM tags, it doesn't do any image processing (apart for reading/writing images). You can of course do image registration with DICOM images using any registration tool, like any other image. If you want to write the image back to a DICOM file, you may have to adapt some DICOM tags, but the registration itself is outside the scope of pydicom.
