Anyone have a good script to create a DICOMDIR from a directory of dicom images?

Looking for a script to create a DICOMDIR using a directory of DICOM files.

Also, Is there a discord or live chat for people using pydicom or any medical image devs? Would love to talk to more people and help with more issues. I also use fo-dicom and orthanc alot in my projects. If there isnt one and you want to join mine its dedicated to medical imaging discussions. I will add a dev channel
