Easily Editable Power Icons

I recently started using cinnamon, and tried to change the power icons in the panel menu, but couldn't find out how to. I think that they should be easily editable, because it kinda ruins the theme if the power buttons look wrong.

Those buttons look consistent with what I see of the rest of that icon theme (papirus?). You should talk to the theme developer or look for a different theme altogether, maybe. This isn't something we feel needs to be customizable.

You can modify your icon theme. Go to the place where it's installed and change the files you want, but you must change all sizes of the icon.
