2023-06-10 Meeting: Nuxt Feedback Module

Summary:

1. Decisions Discussion Topic: To foster transparency and track decisions, we're implementing a dedicated discussion topic.

2. Validation of Nuxt Feedback Module:

   • Determine token consumption of each GitHub GraphQL query.
   • Estimate % of MAU providing feedback.
   • Research if we can boost the GH APP token limit beyond 15,000/hour.

Key Decisions:

• Role Evolution: As a "manager" I will focus on reviewing decisions and PRs, as a developer deciding what to work on is one of the most important skills you have, and I want to create an environment to foster this.
• Tracking Decisions & Meetings: As an open-source company/contributor transparency is important to us. By making our meetings and important decisions public on GitHub in the Incubrain Discussions tab we can create an auditable track record fostering trust and allowing us to routinely review our stance on important topics.
• Feedback Module's Involvement in Hacktoberfest: The module's repository will participate in Hacktoberfest, aiming to draw attention and attract open-source contributors.
