Warnings during gem5build capstone header not found

I have been trying to build gem5 but it keeps throwing warning capstone.h not found and HDF5 C++ not found, even though the packages are installed it just doesn't locate. The build will keep running but ends up terminating with a fatal error. I am using ubuntu and even tried docker method but results the same. I have tried many other ways to resolve it but couldn't, can someone please help.
