In gem5, We use "--maxinsts" to configure the max instructions to simulate of each thread. I wonder how to do if I want to configure the total number of instructions to simulate.
For example, for a 16-core-system, configuring "--maxinsts=1 million", the simulation only stop when one thread reach it, while the total number of instructions may be 16 millions or 17 millions. It's not what I want.
