enable eliza to reply to the comments on our tweets

Hi everyone, I have a question. Is there any way I can program Eliza to reply to the comments on my tweets? Also, when Eliza fetches the latest tweets, it shows very old replies. For reference, today is January 27th, but Eliza fetches replies from January 6th and does not show the replies that were posted after that. If anyone knows, please help me.
