Still faulty (or did i get a bad one ?)

just got mine today 23/12/23 (6.5.0 ) and was "happy" to find out it wasnt just me having things even after a year still seem really buggy with plug-ins and the touch bar, everything else is great. its just those two things that just seem to mess up, although they never got mentioned in the handful of reviews i watched. even on a brand new profile and default actions selected the touch bar still acts a "step behind" granted not EVERY single time but i have restarted my pc 5 times in the last 12 hours and had it happen after some time and is just annoying, shame as it would be perfect to me if those got ironed out.
