Hi @CharlieW12345 , Are you using one of our SDKs? If so, could you let me know which one? Keywords boosting does work with our enhanced tier. If you could provide me with a little more information about what you are doing, and whether you are using an SDK or not, I can try and reproduce the issue and find out from one of our engineers why it's not working. Hi Charlie,
It sounds like you came up with a really good alternative solution. Using the search feature to search for a word and using the confidence to decide if you will replace the word is probably a better way to do this. Our keywords feature is less reliable than our search feature (we are working to improve it but it will be a while before we push out any big improvements).
