Hey i am using deepgram's streaming speech to text feature, below are the options that i am setting:
options = LiveOptions(
model="nova-2",
punctuate=True,
language="en-US",
encoding="linear16",
channels=1,
sample_rate=16000,
interim_results=True,
utterance_end_ms="5000",
vad_events=True,
smart_format=True,
numerals=True,
endpointing=2000,
no_delay=True
)
transcript: Actually, the claim I'm, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: Actually, the claim I'm looking, is_final: True, speech_final: False
transcript: for I have a claim, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: for I have a claim ID of 5, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: for I have a claim ID of 5698, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: for, I have a claim ID of 569-829, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: for, I have a claim ID of 56982., is_final: True, speech_final: False
transcript: 9 6, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 96982., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 96982., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 96982., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 96982., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 96982., is_final: True, speech_final: False
transcript: My, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: My member ID is, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: My member ID is 98, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: My member ID is 9826., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: My member ID is 9826, is_final: True, speech_final: False
transcript: 401, is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 40136., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 40136., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 40136., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 40136., is_final: False, speech_final: False
transcript: 40136., is_final: True, speech_final: False
here as per my understanding i should receive is_final=true when i have taken a pause of 2 sec and then the new sentence should start, but this is not happening currently.
So i am currently a little confused around endpointing, utterance_end_ms, is_final and speech_final.
