Transcripts breaking up with short pauses

Hey i am using deepgram's streaming speech to text feature, below are the options that i am setting:

  i am continously streaming the audio data to deepgram.
  My expected result from the api is that i should get new transcripts only after a take 2 sec of pause and a parameter suggesting that previous transcript is complete.
  
  currently my transcripts are breaking at very short pauses, below is the example of current transcripts i am getting:

here as per my understanding i should receive is_final=true when i have taken a pause of 2 sec and then the new sentence should start, but this is not happening currently.

So i am currently a little confused around endpointing, utterance_end_ms, is_final and speech_final.
