Hi,
I'm implementing a self-hosted runner solution in Azure and cannot use k8s. The only documented approach seems to be using a webhook. However, the actions-runner-controller uses a pull-based method which I prefer.
Is there any documentation on implementing this outside of the actions-runner-controller code base? Not being experienced with k8s or Go deciphering the code is difficult.
Specifically, I'd like to know what GitHub APIs are used and if/how long polling is used.
Thanks in advance!
