How can I get codepoints of GitHub emojis

I found this API: https://api.github.com/emojis

The keys of the JSON it returns are the GitHub emoji shortcodes, but I have nowhere to get
the Unicode of these characters.

The codepoints in the image names, like 2764.png, are not complete. For example the red heart ❤️ in Unicode is U+2764 U+FE0F, it only shows 2764; the rainbow flag 🏳️‍🌈 is composed by U+1F3F3 U+FE0F U+200D U+1F308 in Unicode, but in the API it's only 1f3f3-1f308.png. The ZWJ and variation selectors are omitted.
