Hi everyone,

I am a Masters student here at East Texas A&M University. I tried uploading my I-20, college fees, and digital ID as proof, but the system rejects the documents and displays the same message every time.

There is no data attached to the program. How do I resolve this issue? I tried to contact support, but that isn't an option, either.
