Projects not usable due to strange scrolling in projects

In the table view in Projects the inputs to create new issues are randomly focussed, that results in annoying scrolling, which is why I'm almost not able to use GitHub Projects at the moment.

Here you can see how I simply scroll up and down and sometimes to the right to better show the automatic scrolling:

Notice the diagonal scrolling and the stuttering scrolling because I'm trying to scroll up and the auto scroll is scrolling down.

Since I had to blur out most of the screen you cannot see the focussed inputs, so here is one of the self-focussing inputs:
