Need help on the Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

I'd like to complain about my application for the Student Developer Pack. On about October 7th, I created this account and immediately got to apply for the program, but I was rejected because I gave my ID, Maybe the proof wasn't enough. And then before recently, I procrastinated and wanted to apply again, I submitted it on November 7th, and for proof, I gave my Course Selection Sheet, which has my name and status as an active student. But to no avail, it just brings me back to the page where I need to verify my school/campus, I checked again and I already submitted it on the 1st of November. I never recalled doing anything on that day, and when I try to re-verify again I can't, hope anyone can help. And for clarification, I have not gotten any emails that show that I've been approved, I've checked my email and my campus email and there's none.
