why organizational contribution is not showing in my activity? I have been contributing to my organisational private repo for many days, I noticed it is not showing in my activity even after checking private contributions in the contribution setting.

Hi @syedasgarahmed ,

Be sure to check a few things:

1. Go to your settings and make sure the Include private contributions in my profile option is checked.
2. Check if your commits have been pushed to a non-default branch (secondary branch) in which case the contributions will be counted when the changes are merged into the main branch via pull request.
3. If you are using a SSH key make sure that it's properly added to your profile and also check if there are any email mismatches in your git config.

1. Go to profile picture at the top:

3. Then check the Public profile section :

3. And look for Contributions and activity, mark the checkbox and click on update preferences

You can go to https://github.com/settings/profile, scroll down to Contributions and Activity and then check Include private contributions on my profile.
