Student Application has been declined twice

Hi GitHub Community,

I'm a student currently on vacation. My first application was successful, but it was revoked after a year of use. I've since reapplied twice, unfortunately to no avail.

I've provided proof of my current enrollment, including a verified email and a document confirming my student status although in Hebrew, it was accepted the first time. Despite this, my applications continue to be declined.

I'm hoping someone can help me understand the reason for these rejections and potentially help me approve said application.
