github auth app is redirecting to page 404 with newly created github account

i am getting issue with the newly created github account it redirect me to page 404 even though my client id client secret is not wrong i tried with other 2 account that is not new and they are work fine.so i want help in that is github not allow permisson for the new account ?? i dont understand why my 2 account is working and the newly created account is redirecting me to the page 404
