Is it possible to create a repository using a GitHub App Installation token?
The scenario I'm trying to enable is:
https://github.com/apps/<app name>/installations/new
and authorizing our app)The App installation has all permissions I thought would apply:
Repository Administration
andRepository Contents
So far on trying things out, I've been unsuccessful and mostly seen
This error was seen when using a plain HTTP request with the
Authorization: Bearer <installation token
header, as well as when using the installation octokit. The doc I've looked at talks about permissions for an
OAuth App
andPATs
and doesn't talk about Installation tokens, but doesn't mention Installation tokens.I saw a similar post here, but it was unanswered
