Allow forking only within an organization #135708

Hello @bsisco-hdis 👋🏼 While you can control the forking policy for your organization, given you're on the Team plan, this allows a member of your organization to fork to another organization not under the control of your original company/unit. The idea is that with an Enterprise you aren't allowing it outside a specific set of orgs and users which that level of granularity doesn't exist on the team plan. |

I've read a lot of information about forking and our use case remains unclear to me. We have an organization on the "Team" plan. All of our repos are private. We'd like to enable forking for use within the organization only (only allow forking to organizational members) to ensure organizational policy is enforced on all contributors. Some of our developers have personal accounts and from what I've read unless I'm using an Enterprise plan forking is either on or off and does not offer more granular control as suggested in this blog post.
If it's possible, given our current plan, to enable forking only to organizational team member accounts would someone please point me in the right direction for configuration guidance supporting our use case?
