Register python with pylauncher

The current choco install python does not register python with pylauncher so I cannot type py -3.9 to run python.

The Python Windows installer provides a check box to choose this option, and it's on by default. What's the right way to do the same with choco?

I apologize for it taking so long before an answer was given.

At the moment, the Chocolatey package itself do not have a parameter to register with pylauncher. However, since the package makes use of the normal python installer, if you know what the installer argument is to register it, this can be passed using choco install python33 --install-arguments="'INSERT_ARGUMENT'". Alternatively, you can also launch the installer in interactive mode by using choco install --not-silent` which allows you to navigate manually through the installer and select any option you need.

NOTE: This will only work on the package containing the installer, not the python or python3 package, which are just metadata packages
